PURPOSE: A method for selecting a dual-sound of TV is provided to automatically select languages whenever a user selects channels in a dual-mode, by memorizing a mode of a selected language when it is a channel of the dual-mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting a dual-sound of TV comprises the steps of: deciding whether a sound mode of a present channel is a dual-mode, when TV is on by a user's selection; memorizing a selected language if the user inputted a language selection signal, after the language selection signal is inputted by the user's selection, and outputting a broadcasting signal of the language; outputting a broadcasting signal as an initially caught language when the language selection signal is not inputted by the user, thereby automatically outputting the broadcasting signal of the selected language when the user selects a channel of which the language selection has been done previously.
