PURPOSE: A system is provided to process the air hole of a rack bar and to remove burrs when processing the slot groove of the rack bar. CONSTITUTION: A system installs a frame assay(12) for supporting each device on the upper part of a bas assay(10) equipping with many racks in the lower part, a carrier assay(14) loading and transferring a rack bar(100) on the upper part, and a tooling assay(20) for processing the drill hole of the rack bar in the side of the carrier assay. The rack bar forms a slot then both sides of the slot remains burrs. A deburring assay(18) removes burrs of the slot by installing a double cutter(44) in the lower part of a column(42). Also, the front part of the rack bar installs a stopper assay to sense the inner hole. An air cylinder installed in the upper part of a stopper base, pushes a pusher.
