PURPOSE: A sewer sludge removing device is provided to perfectly remove the sludge in the sewer by using a scraper or a sucking and discharging hose. CONSTITUTION: A sewer sludge remover comprises a construction body(11) opened to suck the sludge in the sewer while being mounted as a cylinder shape; a moving guide assisting the sludge remover to move in the sewer; a scraper(7) scratching the sludge to inside of the construction body by being installed to rotate while containing plural wings as a radial shape; driving units(15,16) supplying power to rotate the scraper by being mounted in the construction body; and a sucking and discharging hose(18) forcedly sucking the scratched sludge to discharge the sludge outside by rotating the scraper. Thereby, the sewer sludge remover discharges the sludge with the sucking and discharging hose by scratching the sludge with the scraper.
