PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lift an original film from a printing plate without forming a hole on an over-receipt. SOLUTION: A negative frame 76 arranged above a printing surface plate 20A is held so that both ends of the over-receipt in the top and the bottom directions can be attached and detached. A negative film N and a negative cover 16 placed on a set/reset table and carried between the frame 76 and the plate 20A are received by the frame 76 on conditions that the cover 16 is positioned and held by a holding plate 94 and the end part of the film N in the top direction is supported by a negative clamp 176. By the downward movement of the frame 76, the film N and the cover 16 are placed on the printing plate. Besides the film N and the cover 16 are supported by the frame 76 and lifted from the printing plate.
