PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact film unit with a lens capable of coping with both of close-up photographing and standard photographing. SOLUTION: The front of a unit main body 10 is constituted of a photographing lens 11 functioning as a photographing optical system, a half mirror lens 13 facing to the position of a finder objective window 12 (referring to figure (B)), a strobe light emitting part 14 and a charge operation lever 15 existing at a charge-off position. The lens 13 is provided to slide between a close-up position being a shielding position where it covers over the front of the lens 11 (referring to figure (B)) and a retreat position where it is retreated from the front of the lens 11.
