PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production during manufacturing by adhering a core body comprising a tatami mat surface and the laminate of non-woven fabric by an isocyanate terminal polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive. SOLUTION: A tatami mat surface 1 and a core body 3 are adhered by an isocyanate terminal polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive 2. The tatami mat surface 1 in which a rush is woven by a string such as a hemp yarn is used, and the core body 3 in which non-woven fabric or the like comprising a fiber such as a polyester is overlapped repeatedly is used. The hot melt adhesive 2 makes a constitution component of a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group on the terminal reacted with a kind or more of polyisocyanate having a kind or more of polyol having two pieces of hydroxyl group in a molecule and two pieces or more of isocyanate group in a molecule. Thus, since adhesion strength excellent in the isocyanate terminal polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive is revealed, adhesion reliability is high and adhesion force after adhesion can be sufficiently endured for traverse holding, it is excellent in productivity.
