PURPOSE: A data output buffer is provided to generate a voltage level of an output data having '1' value as a perfect power supply voltage(VCC). CONSTITUTION: A data receiving unit(21) receives an input data (DATAIN) and responses to a clock signal(CLKDQ) when an output indicating signal(READB) is activated as a low level, and provides a data information signal(DAIM). A precharge unit(23) connects a first junction terminal and a gate terminal to a power supply voltage(VCC), and maintains a voltage level of a pre-pumping signal(PREPUMP) as a voltage level(VCC_Vt). A pre-pumping unit(25) receives the data information signal(DAIM) and generates the pre-pumping signal(PREPUMP). A main pumping unit(27) responds to the data information signal(DAIM) and the pre-pumping signal(PREPUMP), and performs a pumping operation and provides a pull-up driving signal(UP2). A driving unit(29) responds to the pull-up driving signal(UP2) and generates an output data (DOUT2).
