PURPOSE: An oscillating device is provided to include a circuit for removing active noises by reducing a high frequency noise signal, inputted from power supply voltage, through including a noise eliminating filter having active elements to an input terminal. CONSTITUTION: An oscillating device including a circuit for removing active noises comprises an oscillator(230), -an input terminal of power supply voltage, and a noise eliminator. The oscillator generates oscillating frequency varied according to control voltage which is inputted from outside. The input terminal of power supply voltage supplies the power supply voltage applied from outside to the oscillator through a power supplying line. The noise eliminator is connected to the power supplying line in series, and one end thereof is connected to the oscillator, and eliminates a high frequency noise signal inputted from the input terminal of the power supply voltage. The noise eliminator comprises a low band pass filter and a transistor. The low band pass filter is connected between the input terminal and a contact. The transistor is connected to the supplying line in series, and one end thereof is connected to the oscillator. A control terminal is connected to the low band pass filter.
