PURPOSE: A system and method for automatically localizing access to remote network component using implicit agent reallocation is provided to implicitly localize an agent access to a network component located on a remote host. CONSTITUTION: Computers for performing conventional operation systems such as an OS/2, an UNIX, an AIX, or a Window NT is interconnected to a communication network by communication protocols. The communication network is a LAN, an internet, or an intranet. The client and the component host are embodied as conventional computers. The directory server is embodied by conventional servers such as an IBM RISC system/6000 machine. A conventional communication system such as a TCP/IP stack in an operation system is used in a communication through communication network and is installed in each computer.
