PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting lens position of optical system is provided to minutely adjust a phase difference by minutely adjusting a position and an angle of a lens and accurately maintaining the position and the angle of the lens. CONSTITUTION: A lens portion(10) is arranged on a certain optical path. A position adjusting unit(20) supports and compresses the lens portion(10) and simultaneously adjusts a position of the lens portion(10). The position adjusting unit(20) has a body portion(21). The body portion(21) is fixed to one side of a body of an optical system and is installed to both-side end portion of the lens portion(10). A first adjusting portion is installed to the body portion(21). The first adjusting portion has a first set screw(22a) combined to a first adjusting hole(22). The first adjusting hole(22) is formed to the body portion(21). A first clip portion(22b) is formed to the body portion(21) corresponding to the first set screw(22a).
