摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing electric contact containing a high Sn content using inner oxidation is provided to present good electric contacts by inner oxidation reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of electric contact containing a high Sn content using inner oxidation comprises a step of melting Ag-Sn-Te alloy in a high frequency induction furnace; a step of performing a first heat treatment for homogenization; a step of rolling the crystal of the alloy; a polishing step of; a step of performing a second heat treatment; and a step of supplying oxygen of high purity. The polishing step of is performed after samples are made by cutting the rolled alloy. The second heat treatment is performed within an oxidation furnace under vacuum state. The oxygen is supplied after the temperature of the furnace rises to a certain degree.
