METHOD FOR TRANSFORMING SAMPLING RATE IN DIGITAL MODEM

PURPOSE: A method for transforming a sampling rate in a digital modem is provided to improve a data reliability of QAM(Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) and a band width efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for filtering a signal finds a corresponding coefficient of a digital filter of an interplant by an impulse response of the interplant, but finds the digital filter coefficient using a time change calculation method.
