PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring charge pumping is provided to apply a pulse generated inside a chip to a gate of a transistor by comprising a ring oscillator, a frequency divider, and a level shifter on the chip. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring charge pumping comprises a pulse generator(32) for applying a pulse to a gate of a transistor. The pulse generator comprises a ring oscillator(41), a frequency divider(42), and a level shifter(43). The ring oscillator generates a pulse. The frequency divider receives the pulse from the ring oscillator and controls the frequency. The level shifter receives the frequency from the frequency divider, controls Vbb(bulk voltage) and Vpp(peak voltage), and outputs the pulse to the gate of the transistor on an inner portion of a chip.
