THE WELDING SYSTEM USING VACCUM SHIELD

PURPOSE: A welding system is provided to weld a product inside a vacuum container by integrating a welding and the vacuum container. CONSTITUTION: A welding system with a vacuum shielding contains a gas bottle of a vacuum container(10) to make an inside of the vacuum container as an inactive gas state; a gas refiner(20) to remove moisture, oxygen and hydrogen by heating the inactive gas; the vacuum container(30) to increase the dryness of a welded portion by preventing a leakage of vacuum; a torch cooler(40) to protect a torch; a welder(50) to generate arc in the welding torch(70); a gas bottle of welder(60) to stabilize the arc from the welding torch and an arc of a welded metal; the welding torch(70) to generate welding flames by receiving current from the welder; an auxiliary container(80) to replace a tool without opening the vacuum container; an air compressor(90) to operate a gate valve between the vacuum container and a vacuum pump; a pressure adjustor(100) to uniformly maintain pressure of the vacuum container; a remote controller(110); and the vacuum pump(120) to remove atmospheric components from the vacuum container and the auxiliary container. Thereby, the welding quality of an active metal is improved.
