PURPOSE: A signal decoding circuit using a differential code is provided to transmit data having no error by correcting a time error of received data. CONSTITUTION: A signal decoding circuit using a differential code includes an error detector(10), a reference clock generating part(20), a code generating part(30), a signal processing part(40), a synchronizing clock generating part(50) and a sampling part(60). The code generating part(30) receives either the same frequency or a double frequency by alternatively switching the frequency generated by the reference clock generating part(20) and generates a deferential code. The sampling part(60) generates a signal which is equal to an inputted signal by sampling a reference frequency(f0) generated from the reference clock generating part(20) and a new reference frequency generated from the synchronizing clock generating part(50).
