THE CONNECTING STRUCTURE AND CONNECTING METHOD OF THE VINYL CHLORIDE PIPE WITH IMPACT RESISTANCE BY THE WATER PIPE

PURPOSE: A joint structure and a joining method are provided to prevent a leakage of water, to easily join HIVPs(High Impact Vinyl Pipe) for a water service and to prevent a separation of the HIVPs. CONSTITUTION: A joint structure of HIVPs comprises the HIVP for a water service(10) having grooves; a joining member(20) having protruding portions; and a rubber ring inserted inside the joining member(20). A length from the HIVP(10) to the groove is 10-30mm. A rectilinear length of the groove portion is 5-15mm. An angel of the groove is 5-25T. A depth of the groove is 0.5-10mm. The groove is formed by heating the end of the HIVP at 80-200deg.C. The joining member(20) is combined with the groove. The rubber ring is inserted inside the joining member(20) to prevent a leakage of water.
