BALANCED FLAT SINGLE BAND MICROWAVE MIXED MODULATOR

PURPOSE: A symmetric planar single side band microwave mixer-modulator is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof by improving a position of single side band mixer. CONSTITUTION: The symmetric planar single side band microwave mixer-modulator includes a dielectric strip line formed round two perpendicular axes. The first microwave input port which is of a line-shape contacts at the first position at which the dielectric strip line is crossed with the first cross axis. A short strip line is connected with two positions at each of which the dielectric strip line is crossed with the first cross axis. Quadrature diodes(21,22,23,24) are also connected with the two points(31,32). The second and third microwave input ports, each of which is of a line-shape, are connected with the second cross line of the quadrature diodes. A duplexer is connected with the second cross line and the second and third microwave input ports, respectively.
