METHOD FOR PROCESSING FLEX ROAMING CALL THROUGH TNPP VERSION 3.7 PORT

PURPOSE: A method for processing flex roaming call through a TNPP(Telocator Network Paging Protocol) version 3.7 port is provided to process the roaming page between paging systems using the FLEX protocols different from each other using a function code in an extended CAP page of the TNPP version 3.7 of a protocol between paging systems using a FLEX(Flexible) protocol. CONSTITUTION: First, a first paging system sets the function code of extended CAP page as a predetermined bit value to transfer the value to a second paging system in case that the page transmitted by a FLEX protocol is a roaming page using the TNPP port due to the TNPP version 3.7. Then, the second paging system receives the page, and a corresponding page is recognized as the roaming page if the function code of the extended CAP page agrees with the predetermined bit value.
