PURPOSE: An automatic system for manufacturing and packaging brush hair part of toothbrush is provided for improving production rate and saving production cost by utilizing an integral process comprising the initial planting to the final packaging steps. CONSTITUTION: The automatic system to cut, grind and package brush hair part of a toothbrush comprises a guide passage (2), a rotating movement plate (3), a rotating jig (5), a driving drum (8), a cutter (10), a grinder (11) and an outlet (12) to transfer toothbrush (1). The guide passage (2) is located at its top part on lower part of an automatic brush hair planting device. The front bottom side of the planting device is equipped with a rotating movement plate (3) run by means of the rotating cylinder (4). A pulling out cylinder (6) is interposed between the guide passage (2) and the rotating jig (5). The rotating jig (5) has a supporting device (5') at its top peak point and a push bar cylinder (7) fixed to the device (5') at the same transversal level in order to insert the toothbrush (1) into a supporting clip (9) of the driving drum (8).
