PURPOSE: A rotor structure of a variable-speed electric motor is provided to decrease a bad percentage, caused by damage of a reflected plate when injecting the reflected plate, as assembling the reflected plate with a simple hand-operation, without another injecting equipment. CONSTITUTION: A rotor structure of a variable-speed electric motor comprises a rod-shaped body(54), a rotor axis(50), a ring-shaped body(66), projectors, first filling holes(62), a rotor core(60), an injection molder(70), and a reflected plate(40). The rotor axis is composed of a milling unit, milling-processed of an outer diameter of the body. The ring-shaped body has an inner diameter inserted in the milling unit of the rotor axis. The first filling holes are formed on the diameter inside. The projectors are projected/formed on the outer diameter of the body. The rotor core is formed with first filling holes formed on an inner diameter. The injection molder fills an injected material to the first and a second filling hole, and has protrusions for fixing on one side of the outer part. The reflected plate is composed of an assembling hole formed to be inserted corresponding to the protrusions, between the projectors.
