PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal filling device which is low in the possibility of contaminating liquid crystal is highly reliable, lessens the wasteful consumption of the liquid crystals and allows the easy wiping work of the liquid crystals. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal filling device is interposed between an injection port 201 of a panel 200 and a liquid crystal reservoir 300 and functions as a passage for filling the liquid crystals L of the liquid crystal reservoir 300 into the injection port 201. The device has a filling jig 2 of a hand lap type having an injection port end-sealing part 21a which closes the liquid crystal injection port 201 by covering the circumference of this port and a through-port 24 which opens into this injection port end-sealing part 21a and communicates the liquid crystal reservoir 300 and the liquid crystal injection port 201.
