PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radar apparatus for tracking ISAR targets to obtain stable received signals during a synthetic aperture time. SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 generates a tracking filter computing transmission pulse for tracking moving targets separately from a transmitted signal, an antenna 3 transmits/receives a transmitted/received signal of the tracking filter computing transmission pulse, a receiver 4 receives and processes the received signal of the tracking filter computing transmission pulse to generate a tracking video signal, a signal processor 5 computes the target position based on the tracking video signal, and an antenna controller 7 outputs a position signal based on the computed target position as a control signal, and controls the antenna angle based on an attitude signal from a navigation system and the control signal from the signal processor 5.
