PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for screening mounting boards, capable of inspecting different kinds of mounting boards by a single apparatus to check if the operation thereof is good. SOLUTION: A thermostatic tank 10 has a pallet chamber 20 housing pallets which are formed for adapting to the kind of mounting boards under test and have relay connectors and receiving connectors which are branched from the relay connectors and connected to the mounting boards set in the pallets. The relay connector is connected to a receiving relay connector 21 of the pallet chamber 20, a relay cable 90 led from this connector 21 to the outside of the tank 10 is connected to one input/output 60a of an input/output switch 60 and the other input/output 60b of the input/output switch 60 is connected through a cable 94 to an inspector 70. The switch 60 has a switching circuit 60c for switching wirings between both input/outputs 60a, 60b so that input/output terminals of the connectors the mounting boards are electrically connected inspecting input/output terminals of corresponding inspector 70 thereto according to the kind of the mounting boards under test.
