PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-way valve capable of selecting a state for communicating multiple liquid outlet ports with a passage selective chamber separately and a state for communicating them simultaneously with a simple structure and capable of easily increasing the number of ports and controlling the rotational position. SOLUTION: This multi-way valve is provided with a passage selective chamber 1 into which a fluid flows, a valve element 11 arranged rotatably around the axis perpendicular to a flat inner wall face 4 in close contact with the flat inner wall face 4 formed in the passage selective chamber 1, multiple liquid outlet ports 3a, 3b, 3c opened on the flat inner wall face 4 in the closed state by the valve element 11 and selectively communicated with the passage switching chamber 1 when the valve element 11 is rotated, and a valve fully opening means 6 floating the valve element 11 from the flat inner wall face 4 to communicate multiple liquid outlet ports 3a, 3b, 3c with the passage selective chamber 1 simultaneously.
