PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sure electric conduction between members while securing sealability. SOLUTION: A metal gasket 6 which is arranged between fastening surfaces of a cylinder head and an intake manifold of an engine is prepared by coating resin on the full surface of a metal base. In such a metal gasket 6, the base is partially removed to form an opening 31. A connection piece 32 is arranged in the opening 31, which piece 32 is made of metal and has spring elasticity. The connection piece 32 is projected from the opening 31 to the fastening surface of at least one member (cylinder head) under a normal state before fastening. At the time of fastening, the connection piece is elastically deformed and brought into contact with the fastening surfaces of the cylinder head and intake manifold of the engine.
