PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reduction in the watertightness of an oil seal inner ring type caused by the negative pressure of a pump room when an impeller is rotated by the driving of a motor. SOLUTION: An oil seal inner ring type is formed to have a water seal lip with its lip tip part directed to the water of a side to be hermetically sealed, an atmosphere seal lip with its lip tip part directed to an atmosphere side, and loaded on a bath water self-suction type pump for a washing machine. In the case of continuously using a conventional universal oil seal inner ring type, the attaching of an impeller to a fixing shaft is changed so as to direct the lip tip part of at least one of the lips to a motor side, and the watertightness of the motor in a pump casing is maintained.
