PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a device capable of maintaining stable operation over a long period, in the case of providing the clutch device of slip clutch system between a switch and a winding drum. SOLUTION: A slip clutch is constituted by energizing a plurality of sheets of mutually adjacently provided drive/driven side clutch plates 11, 12 with a coil elastic machine, and a grease accumulating groove 11b supplementing grease applied between plate surfaces of each clutch plate 11, 12 is formed in an outer periphery of the clutch plate 11.
