PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durably electromagnetic diaphragm pump having a structure where a diaphragm and a vibrator are connected and fixed by using a center plate. SOLUTION: This pump is constructed in such a manner that a pair of electromagnets are arranged to oppose each other at a specified interval, a vibrator is reciprocated in a direction perpendicular thereto, and diaphragms 40 are arranged in both end parts of the vibrator to oppose each other. In this case, each diaphragm 40 has a ring-like thin film part 42 having a circular opening in its center, a fixing flange part 41 provided in the outer periphery of the thin film part 42, and a bead part 44 provided in the peripheral edge part of the circular opening, and the bead part is held in a set of disk-like center plate 70. This center plate 70 is connected and fixed to the end part of the vibrator, and the flange part 41 of the diaphragm 40 is fixed to the electromagnet case.
