PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate concerns electric shock of a child or a person with weak eyes and of leak in a long time use by providing a cord, a plug body, two electrodes, a means for covering a part exposed from a plug body of the two electrodes. SOLUTION: An insulating rubber cap 1 is mounted to a plug body 2. The rubber cap 1 is constituted so that it is substantially elliptical in a front view, is partially tapered elliptical in a side view, and has entirely a dome shape formed by tapering a part of the ellipsoid, and its height is higher than a part from which two electrodes expose. Thus, a concern of electric shock caused by contacting with the electrode is eliminated because the electrode is not exposed in plugging the plug body 2 in or out of an outlet, and a concern of leak is completely eliminated because dust does not adhere to a clearance between the outlet and the plug body 2 even in a long time usage.
