摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which has uniform heating performance and durability and does not give undesirable influence to an object to be heated. SOLUTION: A heating device 10 includes a heat conductive block body 12 of oxygen free copper in which a heater 11 is built in, and a ceramic titan containing heat resistant hard layer 13 formed on an outer surface of the heat conductive block body 12. The upper surface of the heat conductive block body 12 serves as a heating surface 10f for heating an object to be heated 14. Since the heating device 10 includes the heat conductive block body 12 with the built-in heater 11 and the heat resistant hard layer 13 formed on an outer surface of the heat conductive block body 12, the heat resistant hard layer 13 prevents oxidation and wear of the heat conductive block 12. Therefore, the heat conductive block body 12 can be formed by using highly heat-conductive metal irrespective of the magnitude of oxidation resistance and wear resistance, and the heating device having uniform heating performance and durability can be provided.
