METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYURETHANE ELASTIC YARN HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A method for producing a polyurethane elastic yarn is provided to maintain the original characteristic of the polyurethane elastic yarn, and to have the excellent heat resistance and the stability of viscosity in a high concentration. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a polyurethane elastic yarn contains steps of: making a pre-polymer by mixing a long chained diol(A) and a polyol(B) of 3-6 pieces hydroxy and 4-10 pieces carbons with a solvent by pre-polymerizing with an over diisocyanate compound(C) using supersonic waves and microwaves; making a polymer having an appropriate viscosity to spin by chain-growing an isocyanate of the end of the pre-polymer with a diamine compound(D) of appropriate amount; and making a polyurethane polymer of high concentration by blocking the end of the polymer using a monoamine compound(E). The produced polyurethane elastic fiber maintains the elastic efficiency and improves the heat resistance using the polyether diol(A-1) having the excellent elastic efficiency and the polycarbonate diol(A-2) having the excellent heat resistance mixed to be the mol rate of(A-2)/(A-1)=0.1-10 as the long chained diol(A) component performing a role of soft segment.
