The solid fuel supply feed carries the fuel from a storage hopper (1) to the hearth (F) of a burner (C). The feed uses a screw (6) with one end in the hopper and the other in the burner. A programming unit controls operation of the electric motor coupled by a belt drive (4) to the transfer feed.
