<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which removes the faults of a conventional electrostatic charge image developing toner, which can be easily controlled for its particle size and has a narrow particle size distribution, which shows high uniformity in its particle shape and which has excellent electrification characteristics and high fluidity, and to provide a producing method of the toner. SOLUTION: In the production of an electrostatic charge image developing toner, a flocculant and a stabilizer are added to an aq. dispersion liquid containing at least polymer fine particles and coloring agent fine particles to associate a large number of fine particles described above. The associated particles are thermally fused at a temp. higher than the glass transition temp. of the polymer fine particles. In this method, the concn. of at least either the flocculant or stabilizer is changed when the particles are thermally fused and integrated.</p> |
