PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make decreasable the connection frequency of a communication circuit and to shorten the time to waiting on customers by preparing a step where the data on documents are transmitted to an operator terminal if a prescribed condition is satisfied and then a fact that the entry items are not satisfying the prescribed requirements is shown if the prescribed condition is not satisfied. SOLUTION: When the data on the inserted documents are sent to an operator terminal 2, a customer terminal 1 extracts the data on a document from the data on those inserted documents. It's decided based on the data on the extracted document whether the entry items of the document satisfy the prescribed requirements. If the entry items satisfy the prescribed requirements, the data on the document are sent to the terminal 2 via a transmission/reception control means 15. If the entry items are not satisfying the prescribed requirements, this fact is shown via a display means 14. Thus, it is possible to decrease the communication frequency with the terminal 2 by checking the incomplete entry via the terminal 1. |
