PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize comfortable heating reduced in a smell by decreasing an amount of kerosene steam dissipated from an oil drip pan. SOLUTION: A space between a cartridge tank 3 and an oil drip pan 2 is sealed by packings 5 and 6 for oiltight and airtight use arranged at a boss holder 4. Small holes 9 and 11 for air inflow and outflow are formed in the upper part of the oil drip pan and closing plugs 10 and 12 to allow inflow and outflow of air according to a change in a pressure in the oil drip pan and block a reverse flow are arranged in the respective small holes. This constitution remarkably reduces an amount of air, containing kerosene steam discharged from the inside of the oil drip pan to the outside of the oil drip pan only when kerosene is supplied from a cartridge tank, namely, only when air is caused to flow out through an air outflow hole, compared with a conventional amount of air. Thereby, an amount of a smell material generated when indoor air is utilized as secondary air for combustion is further reduced compared with a conventional amount and this constitution remarkably contributes to maintenance of comfortable heating.
