PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the extent of roll vibration, in case of a relatively low engine speed range such as in time of idling or the like. SOLUTION: A gear supporting shaft 16 of a planetary gear 18 in mesh with an internal gear 12 being integrally rotated with a crankshaft 2 and a sun gear 14 being integrally rotated with a crank pulley 3 is locked to the side of an engine body 1 via a gear carrier 20, stepping up rotation of the crankshaft 2 and reversing it, whereby it is transmitted to the crank pulley 3. A spring 30 as an elastic body is interposed in a supporting path ranging from the gear supporting shaft 16 to the engine body 1 via the gear carrier 20, allowing some revolution in the gear supporting shaft 16.
