PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of shift operation while improving the fitting accuracy, reducing the rattle, improving strength and reducing the operation resistance by pivotally supporting a shift input shaft to be tilted by a shift operating tool with a steering column. SOLUTION: A steering member for continuously changing a difference of the driving speed between a right and a left crawlers is operated by operating a steering wheel provided in an upper end of a steering input shaft 87 extended in vertical direction pivotally supported in a steering column 71 and a transmission 124 for interlocking a shift input shaft 91 to be rotated by a main shift lever with a shift member is provided. A steering mechanism for interlocking a steering input shaft 87 with the steering member and including a connecting member 115 is provided, and the quantity of steering of the steering mechanism is changed in proportion to the quantity of the operation of the transmission 124. A steering input member 95 is fitted to the steering input shaft 87 freely to be rotated around a core of the shift input shaft 91, and the steering input member 95 is interlocked with a shift output member 120 provided in a shift output shaft 119 through a shift connecting means 121.
