PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication board commonly usable for both cable wiring and radio wiring. SOLUTION: Concerning a communication board 1, a communication substrate 5 is installed inside a casing 3, and the substrate 5 is provided with a port 11 and an interface(I/F) part 13. When utilizing the communication board 1 as a terminal for radio wiring communication, a radio casing 7 is installed inside the easing 3, and wiring 15 from a radio receiver inside the radio casing 7 is connected to the port 11. A signal transmitted from the side of an alarm is received by the radio receiver inside the radio easing 7. When utilizing the communication board 1 as a terminal for cable wiring communication, on the other hand, not the radio casing 7 but wiring from the alarm is directly connected through a hole 9 to the port 11.
