PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the marginality against jitters in an on-vehicle LAN system. SOLUTION: As a communication waveform, at the time of defining the time of one bit as T, the fixed voltage A of the time T is used when the relation of the level of a present bit and the next bit is H to H, the fixed voltage B of the time T is used when it is L to L, a voltage waveform smoothly changing from the voltage A to the voltage B is used when it is H to L, and the voltage waveform smoothly changing from the voltage B to the voltage A is used when it is L to H. Thus, marginality against the jitters is enlarged. At the time of demodulation, by discriminating H or L at the middle point of each signal amplitude, H is not mistaken for L as long as the signal amplitude does not become smaller by T/2 or more. Thus, even when the jitters are present, the codes of '1' and '0' of NRZ or NRZI codes are surely discriminated.
|
