PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the dispersion of electric resistance values without changing a pattern of an electrode by providing a slit part having a width capable of adjusting the electric resistance value, on a heating resistance layer. SOLUTION: A heating resistance layer 6 is formed by dissolving a conductive polymer in a solvent into a paste or ink state, forming a layer of the same of a constant thickness by screen printing, drying the solvent and crosslinking the same. A slit part 9 of less than about 3 mm width is formed on a coated pattern in the screen printing process. The slit part 9 crosses each comb tooth part X of the electrode 3, and two circular arc-shaped slits 9 gradually widen their corresponding distance at a center, that is, they are formed in a state that an edge of an eye is opened. The slit part 9 is provided with the width below 3 mm, and its minimum width is determined to be a width t capable of making the conductive particles mixed in the heating resistance layer 6 makes current flow impossible in the slit part 9. |
