PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a difference in photographing view angle due to variation of stop position at the time of motor-driven zooming driving at the zooming end, specially wide angle end. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is extended from a housing position, and extending operation is finished when it is detected by a position detection circuit that the lens barrel reaches the wide angle end position, and also zooming operation is executed in accordance with the operation of a T(telephoto) button or a W(wide angle) button, and the zooming operation is finished when the wide angle end is detected by the position detection circuit during driving from a telephoto side to a wide angle side by a control circuit. An orthogonal part 5h-2 orthogonal with the optical axis O of a lens group is arranged at the wide angle end side end part of the oblique part 5h-1 obliquing to the optical axis O of a cam groove 5h provided at a moving frame 5 as the cam ring of the lens barrel so that a focal distance is not changed at the inside of a specified area including the wide angle end.
