<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set an alarm for urging an answer on a main receiver side. SOLUTION: Mail transmission and reception control parts 30-1 to 30-n connected respectively to terminal devices 10-1 to 10-n judge whether or not electronic mails sent to the terminal devices 10-1 to 10-n have answer limit periods according to previously stored conditions, inquire the users of the terminals devices as receivers for the mails about whether or not the received mails are stored when it is judged that the mails have the answer limit period, and stores the contents of the electronic mails when an indication for storage is given; and the electronic mails and mails urging replies about the electronic mails are automatically sent to the terminal devices 10-1 to 10-n on a day based upon the answer limit period of the electronic mails.</p> |
