<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having high non-magnetic action as compared with non-magnetic stainless steel though it is harmless and inexpensive equivalent to the non-magnetic stainless steel in a direct acting bearing. SOLUTION: A shaft-shaped rail 1 and a mover unit 2 externally fitted slidably in the axial direction to the rail 1 are provided, and at least any of these rail and mover unit is formed of an Mn-Ni-Cu system alloy. This Mn-Ni- Cu system alloy, containing no harmful component relating to the human body similarly to non-magnetic stainless steel, can be manufactured much inexpensively as compared with ceramics, and relative magnetic permeability is approximate 1 nearer than the non-magnetic stainless steel.</p> |
