PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the slack of a magnet at a high rotation speed and damage to a rotor by fitting a screen that is made of a highly conductive material to a rotor magnet galvanically. SOLUTION: A ring 16 made of an electrically conductive material such as copper and aluminum is provided at each end part of a sleeve 14. Then, a screen 18 made of an electrically, highly conductive material is fitted to the outer surface of a magnet 4 and a ring 16, namely a surface in an opposite direction from the sleeve, galvanically. Then, a paint containing a silver particle is applied to the surface, thus enabling the surface of the rotor for forming the screen 18 to be conductive. All non-galvanized surfaces are covered with the layer of an insulation material. Then, a cylindrical support sleeve 20 made of a polymer material or the like being reinforced by fiber is mounted onto the screen 18, thus avoiding the slack of the magnet and the damage to the rotor especially at a high rotation speed. |
