PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely specify a desired fluorescent marker sample from a support, and to cut off the fluorescent marker sample by a fluorescent image information reading device, without using a printer device for outputting a high-precision print for positioning. SOLUTION: The fluorescence emitted from a gel support 80 by irradiation of the excitation light L emitted from a light source 31 is displayed as a fluorescent image on a CRT 55 through a condensing guide 41 and a photo-multiplier 42. The fluorescent marker DNA desired to be cut off is specified by using a mouse 54, and a movement indication signal is outputted from a body 51 to a head 70 and a rotary roller 20, so that a cutter edge 60 moves to the position on the gel support 80 corresponding to the fluorescent marker DNA specified on the screen by referring a lookup table 52 stored in the body 51 by inputting a cutting indication. |
