PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire shading correction information without making a carrier carry uniform image information by reading scattered light of exciting light as shading information. SOLUTION: Of light emitted from an accumulative phosphor sheet 50 caused by irradiation of a laser beam L to the sheet 50, scattered light L' of the laser beam L but not stimulated phosphorescent light M' is read as shading information, while a correction value for shading is acquired on the basis of the read shading information. Thereby, such trouble as exposure of (image) information having a uniform energy distribution to the sheet 50 is not required for the purpose of acquiring the shading information. Accordingly, the correction value for the shading is easily acquired. |
