PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily analyzable a natural language in a short period by providing a phrase generation means which generate a phrase showing the natural language that is inputted to an input means by connecting together plural words and based on the phrase grammar information stored in a word/ phrase grammar storage means. SOLUTION: An input part 2 generates the language signals showing a natural language consisting of plural words via a keyboard, a mouse, etc., and then outputs these language signals to a phrase unit analysis part 3. The part 3 analyzes the natural language consisting of plural words up to the unit of phrase about the language signals inputted from the part 2 based on the word semantic information stored in a word dictionary storage part 4 and the phrase grammar information stored in a phrase grammar storage part 5. In other words, the part 3 prepares a phrase consisting of plural connected words by a bottom-up method and based on the word semantic information stored in the part 4 and the phrase grammar information stored in the part 5. |
