PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a display panel, making the panel easily attachable to a post so as to improve the working efficiency. SOLUTION: This structure comprises rectangular panels provided with an engaging hole 8 on its peripheral end face, posts 10 consisting of a hollow cylindrical body and provided with vertically long holes 11 in its peripheral side wall, and receiving metal fittings 20a and 20b to attach the panel 1 to the post 10. The receiving metal fittings 20a and 20b have insertion grooves 22 at lower edges, while having receiving pieces 23 protruding upward in upper outside parts. Each the insertion groove 22 of the receiving metal fittings 20a and 20b is fitted onto a lower end of the vertically long hole 11 of the post 10, and then, each the receiving piece 23 positioned outside the post 10 is locked into the engaging hole 8 formed in the peripheral end face of the panel 1.
