PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of disk switching times and to reduce processing time when an integrated CM video tape is recorded by using a CM bank device. SOLUTION: One set 22 among plural video file recorders 12 is set as an overlapping CM dedicated machine for recording only overlapping CMs. When an overlapping CM exists in integrated data, the overlapping CM is simultaneously recorded in the overlapping CM dedicated machine when the overlapping CM is first integrated and recorded, and integration recording work of subsequent overlapping CMs is performed from the overlapping CM dedicated machine without disk exchange.
