Thus, in addition to a first virtual sound source by a normal signal recognized at a listening point 7 generated by the radiation of the sound waves of a speaker within a speaker box 2 and reflection at a reflector phone 1, a second virtual sound source based on a signal converted by the circuit 5 is set-recognized on an outer side than the first virtual sound source to form a listening sound field with spread feeling.
